Terms of Service

The service

LaunchPass stores the product details you enter and helps you submit your product to third-party launch directories by prefilling their forms. You review every submission before sending it. The extension fills forms on your behalf only when you trigger it.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
• You’re responsible for the product details you upload and for having the right to use any content, links, and images you save.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use LaunchPass to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a directory’s own rules or terms.
• Send spam, submit products you don’t represent, or falsify submission data.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits.

Directories are independent third parties. You’re responsible for following each directory’s rules, and we’re not responsible for their content, availability, or decisions.

Plans, payments, and refunds

• Your first product includes a limited number of free directory submissions. Unlocking unlimited submissions for a product is a one-time $9 charge, billed per product.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to Stripe’s terms.
• Prices may change; changes won’t affect unlocks you’ve already purchased.
• Because an unlock grants immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us and we’ll try to make it right.

Your content

You keep ownership of the product details and media you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service — for example, to show it in the app and fill it into the submission forms you choose. Service availability

We work to keep LaunchPass reliable, but we provide it “as is” and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Directory URLs and form layouts change over time, so autofill is best-effort — always review a form before submitting.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchPass is provided without warranties of any kind, and we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using LaunchPass at any time and delete your products or account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
